As Operations Manager, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, which is the heart of our business. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple teams within this role. Your Responsibilities:

• Manage daily corrections for deviations in terms of program changes and unplanned absenteeism, ensuring appropriate work allocation to achieve performance targets.
• Implement account operational frameworks, capacity planning, and operating hours as agreed with the Project Manager.
• Distribute process-related information to the team and ensure that team members are compliant with both "Connections" and customer processes and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support departments to ensure team-level compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Plan the activities of both your own and coordinated staff with responsibility, compliance, and understanding, taking into account the individual needs of your own staff based on assigned responsibilities and the overall action plan.
• Regularly monitors progress made towards agreed targets and writes regular reports to clients and hierarchical superiors in accordance with the data provided in the contracts and the "Connectys" standards and targets.
• Identify weaknesses, risks, and issues, research, identify, and implement prevention and improvement strategies.

What Makes You Successful in this Role:

• English at C1 level (both written and spoken).
• University degree.
• Min. 6 months of experience in a coordination role in the BPO sector or min. 3 years of experience in a coordination role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience in providing feedback, training, and developing training materials.
• Available to work from the office 100% from the start.
