We are are looking for Financial Controlling Manager for our manufacturing company .

• Bachelor degree in Business, Economics or Engineering departments of  reputable Universities ( must)
• Minimum 8 years experience in finance, reporting and business contol areas,
• Deep knowledge in Turkish Local Gaap, TFRS, IFRS reporting,
• Experience in manufacturing is an asset,
• Past experience in frequently working with N-1-level executives and matrix organizational structures,
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects & to meet strict deadlines,
• Strong commercial aspects, excellent analytical skills, advanced proficiency in ERP programs and Microsoft Office programs,SAP experience is an asset,
• Experience in complex consolidations , Advanced level of excel formulas,
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills ,
• Advanced level of English both written and spoken,
• Residence at Anatolian side of Istanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Understanding business processes ensuring the creation of proper operational and financial KPIs,
• Control and develop regular reporting of performance KPIs related to sales and operation,
• Perform monthly P&L analysis, determine actions to improve the results,
• Working closely with accounting and finance team,
• Monitor budgets compared to the actuals and drive yearly budgeting process (OPEX and performance KPIs)
• Oversee month-end closing of accounts, identify issues, compare with year-ago results and projections including forecasting activities,
• Review all financial operating process and analyze results,
• Prepare internal, controlling and accounting related reports,
• Analyze business processes and develop cost saving / profitability controls,
• Manage and coordinate relations with various parties including external auditors and experts,
• Supports strategic decisions by providing tools and ad-hoc analysis to Business Units Heads.
