Job Description
In order to enhance customer experience, detect the inconveniences of the cases and take proper action via system
Achieving efficiency and accuracy based quality targets in regular basis
Requirements
Residency in İzmir
Native level in Kurdish and good level in English
Available to work in 24/7 shift system and office working
Attentive and meticulous work approach
Aware of current cultural, social and political events in the world
