About the job

This is an opportunity to work with the fastest-growing logistics start-up in Turkey that was incepted in 2016 in UAE followed by forays in KSA in 2018, Egypt in 2020, Pakistan in 2021 and now expanding aggressively across the Middle East, North Africa, and the wider region.

We are looking for a Senior Tender  Specialist to lead the strategy of the company, the sales reporting process and help us continue to have a more analytical way of reporting cycle and support the business in terms of enlarging in different regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following the national and international market dynamics, reporting and tender process.
• Preparing monthly weekly import and export reports.
• Support Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports in terms of KPI’s. Maintaining sales and utilization quota results in the assigned region.
• Developing attainable business development strategy within the scope of financial and growth targets.
• Defining target markets, identify, and qualify new business opportunities. 
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, and implementing solutions.
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the whole team.
• Gathering request and compliances submitted by both internal and external shareholders and customers for classification, evaluation and follow-up for solution.
• Familiarity with Management System.
• Successful execution of company’s system, software, and application integrations. Providing a necessary support in this regard.
• Carrying out works and actions to increase customer loyalty, and providing recommendations.
• Making efforts to create corporate branding awareness and endeavours for its adoption at companywide.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields,
• Advanced level of both written and spoken English is a must,
• Strong follow-up, multitasking and outstanding communication skills,
• Taking an active role in business development data analysis (data mining) and reporting processes,
• Familiarity with project management methodologies,
• Takes initiatives and consistently goes beyond expectations,
• Working experience in a Logistics / Transportation Company, with responsibilities in Business Development and Process Utilization, at least 2 years is a must,
• A clear understanding and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• Preferably having a good knowledge of SQL programming language and other related software programs
• Data-driven approach: Analytical and able to drive analysis based on facts and performance data to deliver improvements,
• Able to work on solution and result oriented basis, and open to change and flexibility,
