Position Expectations and Job Definitions

• To do and coordinate the homologation of the moulds used in Eldor Companies (new or modified moulds),
• To ensure the control of the homologation parameters,
• To do eventual mould test (if there are some change requests from R&D),
• To prepare homologation documentations,
• Checking and ensuring new mould documentation availability received from corporate (Step 1),
• Managing moulding production test, homologation and documentation,
• Checking and validating the process parameters,
• Supporting & cooperating with quality in order to close homologation process (Step 2),
• Coordinating laboratory, quality dept. and engineering dept. in performing the homologation tests,
• Improving and updating technical data in SAP,
• Perform new raw material trials,

Candidate Profile

• Good knowledge of plastic industrial/manufacturing processes,
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Good knowledge of SPC techniques and tools,
• Theoretical knowledge of mathematics, physics and chemistry of plastics materials,
• Knowledge of TPM, PM, 
• Knowledge of 5S, 6? tools,
• Loves teamwork and takes initiative,
• Good Planning, organization, leadership, communication & influencing skills,
• University degree in Machine/Chemistry/Material Sciences and Polymer Engineering (polymeric materials knowledge is appreciated),
• Advanced English speaking and writing ability,
