Foreign Trade Assistant:

As foreign trade assistant, you will be responsible to perform all necessary functions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Analyzing customer inquiries and prepare accurate and timely quotations comply with company pricing and discount policies.

·        Working together with Sales and Project teams to understand customer needs.

·        Communicating directly with customers regarding all matters with respect to the proposal.

·        Communicating with planning, shipment and accounting departments to deliver the quotes in timely manner.

·        Resolving order related problems, discrepancies and customer related issues by working with internal teams.

·        Actively participating in weekly shipment meetings to ensure all export orders will be shipped on time. Communicating with the dealers to get confirmations for any early or late shipment.

·        Following up all quotes in every step and giving the best effort to convert the quotes to sales order.

·        Preparing weekly report about the status of all quotes and orders.

·        Support export team on various tasks whenever needed.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university.

·        Excellent command of written and spoken English.

·        Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·        Team player, ability to cultivate strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

·        Proficient in using MS Office programs. Experience with Netsis software is a plus.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.

·        Willingness to learn the relevant product lines.

·        Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.

·        1-5-year experience is preferable.

·        No military obligation for male candidates.

·        Candidates who lives in Aydın are preferable.
