We are looking for a Logistics Specialist who will take a role in our Manisa plant in our Supply Chain Department with a fixed term contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field,
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics; import & export processes, international trade and customs laws,
• Good command of Microsoft Office as well as SAP SD module is an asset,
• Fluent in English both verbal and written,
• Living Manisa/İzmir region or willing to relocate,
• Military service completed for male candidates,
• Capable of working under a one-year contract,
  
• Good organizational, analytical and practical thinking, problem solving skills,
• A customer-oriented way of working who can cope with a busy schedule, manage stress and pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Logistics Specialist you will;

• Accept customer orders and ensure SAP transactional data entry and accuracy,
• Communicate directly with the sales team, customer, production, warehouse, customs agent & forwarders for successful and timely product production and delivery,
• Prepare invoices and export documents and make sure of their error free documentation,
• Check logistics costs to find cost effective solutions for logistics activities,
• Work with department coworkers in reaching yearly KPI targets
• Actively taking part in improvement projects
• Control and follow-up of archive documents
