To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a Commercial Steering Coordinator who will be working in our Area Turkiye Izmir office.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Min. 2 years of experience in the shipping sector.
  
• Verbal written and communication in English.
• Receptive and be able to grasp new ideas and motivate one’s self for personal development. 
• Knowledge in the operational aspects of the transportation industry, including shipping on vessels and ground transportation.

Essential Functions

• Follow-up on vessel utilization of each relevant services and address deviations taking the necessary actions in coordination with the different stakeholders.
• Handle customer and bundled allocation utilization.
  
• Provide weekly and monthly trend volumes.
  
• Review and analyze lost business.
  
• Analysis of opportunities updated in CRM and providing guidance to sales management on optimal opportunities to pursue.
• Collect information related to market trends, competitor services/product changes, potential customers.
• Analyze and optimize - market segmentations (Long Term Business vs Short Term Business) / Cargo mix / EQ.
  
• Daily review of overall bookings to ensure optimization of Area allocation and cost effective routings.
