Budget and Reporting Specialist

We are looking for a Budget and Reporting Specialist for our global business partner operating in the entertainment sector for which we provide consultancy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree,
• Minimum, 3 years experience in Accounting or finance,
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge,reporting and presentation skills,
  
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, 
  
• Process and result oriented,
  
• Having strong negotiation and communication skills,
  
• No travel restriction,
  
• Active driving license.
  

Job Description:

• Preparation of Asset Management reports, (risk management issues, rent reductions, closures, expansions, downsizing, other department coordination, renewals, renovations, new technology improvements etc.)
• Preparation of long and short term New Site Pipelines, City Analysis, Franchise, New Business Line developments and M&A opportunities, Franchise Deals,
  
• Working very closely with legal and finance teams to ensure that the company is effectively managing the leased portfolio in the region,
  
• Monitor and communicate with Sublease Tenants, (renewals, new opportunities, terminations)
  
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly meeting reports and presentations, Real Estate Data Charts updates,
  
• Responsible for proposal preparations, catchment area reports, admission forecasting, feasibility analysis, BOD Meeting Presentations, Contract Management – Cover Page and Contract Approval Process, coordination of the new site opening schedule with the company)
  
• Responsible for CGV’s existing leased portfolio within the region, managing legal and operational obligations, working closely with lessors at all stages of the life cycle of the contracts.
