Our 50.000 m2 Çorlu production facility has a 100.000 tons yearly capacity for Plain Coil and Strip, Embossed Coil and Strip, and Plain / Embossed Coil aluminum production. We are looking for a Process Development Engineer who will desired to work on aluminum twin roll casting, cold rolling, annealing and finishing process.

Analyze and solve complex process related quality problems through statistical process control, research, laboratory testing, and systematic investigation techniques across various company functional boundaries. 

Support our engineering efforts by developing and writing specifications and quality process standards that give emphasis to improved process through consideration of material specifications, quaity processes improvements, installation enhancements, cost improvements, etc. 

Existing products—recommend and develop alterations to processes and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. 

New products—responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of product components and systems. 

Utilize engineering skills to assist with the technical support of our internal and external customers. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated from Metallurgy and Materials Engineering departments of universities

Preferably a Master's degree

Knowledge of written and spoken English at advance level

Preferably ISO 9001, internal auditor certified

Have strong skills at Microsoft Office,

Preferably, have knowledge with statistical process control tools,

Preferably, have knowledge with SPSS, Minitab, Power BI programmes,

Analytical minded and have knowledge for design of experiment

Researcher, following innovations and developments

Military service for male candidates

Preferably residing on Çerkezköy, Çorlu areas.
