Job description

As a Foreign Trade Specialist at Atlas Bant, you will play a pivotal role in our international business operations. You will be responsible for managing import/export activities, navigating complex regulations, and fostering strong relationships with global partners and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage import/export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.

• Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and compliance requirements.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand our international presence.

• Negotiate terms and agreements with foreign suppliers, distributors, and customers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to optimize international trade processes.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and geopolitical factors affecting foreign trade.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on international business strategies.

Qualifications:

• Work experience in the Packaging Industry, or supporting sectors (Furniture, Construction, Hardware, FMCG).

• Experience in foreign trade, import/export operations, or international business development.

• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with international partners and clients.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-pace.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with trade management software is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
