We are looking for a “Compensation & HR Analytics Senior Specialist"

· Support for all Compensation & Benefits processes in line with Company guidelines,

· Develops HR Analytics by using appropriate analysis models. Anlayze, creates and maintains statistics, business insights and relevant reports to support HR and related functions,

· Collects, stores and analyze datas related to employees, financial results, market benchmarks etc. to develop meaningful indicators,

· Responsible of HR data quality and continuity of reporting systems, data sets and metrics. Supports the development of HR Dashboard,

· Participates to surveys, analyse results and creates reports to monitor market benchmarks.

· Monitors and prepares actualization analysis of HR budget and expenses by setting KPI’s and trend indicators,

· Providing information and support related to the field by carrying out joint studies with Group companies when necessary,

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelors degree from Industrial, Computer, Math Engineering or Statistics departments

· Minimum 5-6 years of significant experience in C&B and Data Analysis.

· Excellent mathematical modelling, analytical and technical skills enabling review, analyze, model, scenario plan and interpret large amounts of data,

· Excellent command of written and spoken English,

· Proficiency in MS Office Applications, familiar to SAP environment,

· Proactive, result oriented and self motivated,

· Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,

· No military obligation for male candidates,

· Strong data retrieval and reporting skills
