HR Generalist for leading international provider of bikes, parts and accessories

Develop efficient Türkiye HR function that excels in supporting the business

Accell Group has grown by a number of acquisitions and thus HR processes, systems and services differs greatly from location to location. The company is on a journey to completely redesign HR to develop a best in class highly efficient HR function capable of providing extraordinary service and support for the entire organization.

Your daily tasks and responsibilities counts to:

• Support with establishing highly efficient HR processes;
• Provide support in various HR areas, including e.g. time keeping, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management administration, training and development facilitation and HR administration;
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in Türkiye;
• Serve as a point of contact for HR related employee inquiries and concerns;
• Reviewing, updating and providing support on HR policies and procedures to ensure they remain current, compliant and aligned with industry best practices;
• Further develop the culture in HR into a truly supportive and service oriented mindset;
• Take a role in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across Europe;

The role is based at the Accell Bisiklet plant, located in Manisa. You will have the opportunity to travel to other Accell sites in Europe, typically 1-2 times per year. Your direct reporting line will be to the HR Manager Türkiye (Accell Bisiklet).

Experienced HR Generalist profile

You have a background from operational HR with experience from a generalist role, demonstrating comprehensive skill set to effectively manage diverse HR topics. You have some experience from working in an international environment, preferably from a matrix organization. Your adaptable nature allows you to approach situations with flexibility, effortlessly adjusting to changes as they arise. In your previous employments you acquired strong knowledge of employment law and regulations,

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, adopt at building relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels;
