We are looking for a Export Sales Supervisor who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

·       6-8 years of experience in Export Sales and minimum 3 years of experience in managerial positions

·       Experience in international chain or private label sales is a plus,

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

·       Knowledge of export and foreign trade legislation,

·       Strong leadership and management experience,

·       Self-driven, dynamic and result-oriented,

·       Eager to work with different cultures for international business development

·       Innovative, agile mindset, proactive,

·       Being strongly analytic and result-oriented,

·       Have strong communication & negotiation skills,

·       No restrictions to travel abroad,

·       Candidates residing in Anatolian side is preffered

What will you be doing as a Export Sales Supervisor at Adel?

·        Responsible for the customer account managing and whole export sales activities,

·        Maintaining long term business relationship with the existing accounts and acquiring new accounts,

·       Prepares and implements the export business plan,

·       Performing market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and taking necessary actions, managing budget preparation process,

·       Ensure roll out of the company business objectives in to geography & market specific goals,

·       Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, and results relating to export market information.

·       Collaborate with the production , supply chain and marketing teams to ensure seamless operation.

·       Representing the company in multinational fairs and different countries
