We are looking for a “Reservation Agent” who will be responsible for our new hotel investment to be opened in Fethiye/Göcek.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate in related fields,
• Having 1 year of work experience in a similar position,
• Excellent command of written & spoken English,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, familiar with hotel management systems,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 
• Living or able to live in Fethiye,
• No travel restrictions,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Respond to guest reservation requests via phone and email,
• Process reservations through the hotel management system,
• Inform guests about accommodations and services,
• Manage reservation changes and cancellations,
• Handle customer complaints and requests professionally,
• Regularly monitor hotel capacity and occupancy rates,
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
