Apesan is one of the leading automotive floor mats producers in Europe - mainly from Thermoplastics. For our growing team, we are looking for Management Trainees to take responsibility for projects from different business- and production- related areas in rotation such as Marketing, Product, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and Quality.

This is designed as a 1-year-long MT program for new graduates from top universities and disciplines with no or little work experience. You willwork directly with the top management.

Required qualifications:

• Interest in automotive / production / e-commerce / plastics

• Undergraduate university education in related disciplines such as Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing

• Maximum of 1 year full time work experience

• Strong digital literacy and Excel proficiency

• Analytical thinking capabilities

Preffered qualifications:

• University education from the Top Business-related Universities in Türkiye or comparable institutions abroad

• Good English skills for professional use

• Data-driven mindset

• Managerial and self-managing skill set

Conditions and benefits:

• Location: Başakşehir, İstanbul (On-site working)

• Transport mode: No service car. Office is close to subway/metro station.

• Contract type: Full time, project-based (1 year)

• Working days: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30)

• Trial period: 2 months

• Net monthly wage range:  25.000 - 40.000 TL depending on education
