General Qualifications

• Preferably graduated from the Industrial, Management, Software, Information Systems, Management Information Systems engineering departments of universities
• Preferably with a good command of English
• Preferably who has previously taken an active role in project management and has a PMP certificate
• Willing to work with different technologies and learn new technologies
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall processes
• Process and Project Management Tools; MS Project, MS Visio etc. used
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Especially advanced Excel)
• Able to carry out compatible business processes in constant communication with relevant units
• Able to apply software and project management methodologies
• Analyze business processes together with process owners, carry out studies, and follow up improvement areas and developments identified in the processes
• Competencies in making analysis, creating statistical data, planning, tracking and reporting
• Strong problem solving and communication skills, solution-oriented and prone to teamwork
• Open to learning, with advanced planning, work follow-up, organization and reporting skills
• Able to work flexibly, with no travel restrictions
• For male candidates, those who have completed their military service

Job Description

Will take part in active projects in accordance with project standards and general project management methodologies. Will apply and develop process management methodologies.

• Developing relationships/ensuring necessary coordination between relevant stakeholders to help implement projects
• Being able to take part in the appropriate life cycle in accordance with Agile/scrum or waterfall principles
• Serving as a “bridge” between management, business units and IT units
• To carry out preliminary studies for projects that can be produced by conducting sectoral research and project ideas coming from the business side
• Preparing the project plan by determining project needs
• Completing the processes at the target time by acting in accordance with the project plan and being able to follow up closely
• To follow all stages within the project life cycle (kick off / opening - closing meetings, to prepare periodic project development reports, to carry out UAT and commissioning plans, tests, change management, risk management and all necessary meetings and communication of the project
