ASAŞ operates in Aluminum Profile, Composite Panel, Aluminum Flat Products, PVC Profile, and Shutter production facilities covering a total area of 1.000.000 m², with 400,000 m² of closed space, in its Akyazı and Karapürçek campuses, providing services to its customers.
We are looking for a teammate to work as a "Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist" to be assigned within the Human Resources, Recruitment & Employer Branding organization at our Sakarya/Akyazı factory location.
We are looking for a teammate
- Bachelor’s degree with major in related department,
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience within a corporate/in-house or Recruitment Agency environment,
- Familiar with talent acquisition plaforms,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- Preferably having a knowledge of SAP HR modules presentation and reporting skills,
- Strong capability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities,
- Proactive and self motivated,
- Strong communication skills and a good team player,
- Able to adapt to a high energy and fast paced work environment.
What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?
- Performing the recruitment process (internal/external/intern) from end to end.
- Hiring candidates for the realted positions in a fast growing enviroment paralel to the HCM plan.
- Identifying candidate evaluation tools and putting them into practice, following up and harmonizing current applications in relation to evaluation process.
- Managing and analyzing data through digital platforms/databases, monitoring and developing data quality, developing and performing management reports.
- Creating a strong bond relationship with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni groups, industry to help identify and source qualified talents.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of employer branding activities.
