Our company is actively seeking a driven Management Accountant to join our team in Maslak, Istanbul. In this role, you'll be pivotal in providing crucial financial insights and analysis to propel our growth within the dynamic renewable energy sector.

Qualifications:

University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Mathematics

Proficient in Advanced Excel (including creating user-friendly tables, pivot tables, macros, and sensitivity scenarios)

Fluency in at least three of the following languages: English, Turkish, Russian, and German

Exceptional communication and self-management skills

Willingness to travel and work additional hours when required

Ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

Experience with extracting reports from accounting programs like Luka, 1C, and others

Strong accounting skills including compiling Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flows from Trial Balances

Accounting or Finance certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CFA) are advantageous

Job Description:

Manage expense planning, budgets, and weekly cash flow forecasts

Conduct plan-vs-actual analysis for both domestic and international legal entities and projects

Prepare and present analytical reports for senior management

Implement a uniform management accounting system across the company group

Compile financial statements in Excel including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flows

Develop financial models in Excel

Occasionally assist in external financial audits in various jurisdictions (knowledge of IFRS and transfer pricing is a plus)
