We are looking for a customer experience manager for our webpage to work with our global digital transformation office. In this role, you are responsible for optimizing and enhancing the company website of Baerlocher Group. You are in charge of developing, expanding and managing the functionalities of the customer experience, to promote the satisfaction, loyalty and retention of the customers and other stakeholders.

 Your tasks in this role will include:

• Create and maintain a global web page experience for customers, optimize it for searches, integrate and connect data and information from other systems.
• Technically develop and evolve the Baerlocher Group webpage and implement new functionalities as part of the digital touchpoint experience, including front end-functions such as chat functions and back-end systems such as connected databases.
• Monitor and analyse the webpage performance and visitor behaviour to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of the website to increase the interaction, the number of visitors and the dwell time on the website based on performance indicators.
• Identify and resolve issues, errors and complaints that could affect the website and the experience it provides.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the international Baerlocher network to understand and meet the requirements and expectations towards our webpage experience.
• Support the basic tasks of corporate communication, human resources, and business unit marketing through web page channels.
• Work together with the digital transformation office, communication functions and business stakeholders as well as our global IT team to develop and maintain the webpage experience of the Baerlocher Group.

To be suitable for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Completed degree in marketing, communication, computer science or a related field with at least 2 years of experience in customer experience, web design, web development or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, UX/UI and other relevant tools and technologies and hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools and proven working experience in web programming
• Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, object-oriented programming, and web application development, including security, session management, and best development practices
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques as part of your creative problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen necessary for aggressive problem diagnosis and solving.
• High degree of communication empathy, teamwork desire and customer-orientation that make use of your very good English skills in writing and speaking while other languages are a plus.
