QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
International Sales Assistant Specialist
Role
We are looking for ambitious three international sales assistant specialists who speak English (a person)/ English and Arabic (a person)/ English and French (a person) for international patients who would like to have their treatments with Bahçeşehir University Dental Hospital in Turkey. The candidate will deal with patient in all the phases of sales process.
Job Description
•Receiving all patient request coming from different online and offline channels and conducting all the slaes processes
•Respond to all requests in 24 hours.
•Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the services using scripts
•Answering questions about services or the company
•Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
•Understand patient’s needs correctly and empathically prepare the treatment plan with the doctors and give price quotations to patients.
•If necessary arrange conference calls, video consultation and appointments with doctors, deliver excellent customer service.
•Enter and update customer information in the database
•Provide clear treatment plan and price information.
•Patient requests followup and registratıon in CRM
•Managing sales pipeline
•Weekly reporting on patient number , conversion rates and problems
•To make necessary arrangements before the arrival of patient(treatment apointment,accommodation, transfer.
REQUIRED SKILLS&QUALIFICATIONS
•University Graduate
• Experience in a medical environment (preferably in a dental hospital or clinic)
•Excellent verbal and written skills in English and/or English and Arabic and/or English and French
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Creative thinking skills.
•Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
•Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Persistent, passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven
•The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
•Flexible and open new perspectives.
•Being open to communication is our priority
•Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
•Self-motivated target oriented professional.
•Should be good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Should have patients centric approach.
•Ability to work independently and in teams.
