QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Brand Manager to organize, direct, develop, and supervise marketing activities at Bahçıvan Gıda A.Ş.
General Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer management within the FMCG sector.
- Fluent command of English,
- Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills
- Result oriented and highly motivated approach with entrepreneurial drive
- High interpersonal & communication skills
- Eagerness and interest on food category products and worldwide trends in food portfolio
- High command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP, and Customer Portals (B2B based).
- Strong team player with analytical and emotional intelligence
- Skilled in corporate representation, communication, and team management.
- Proactive with strong work discipline.
- Experienced in post-sales service management and customer/consumer relationship management.
- Capable of market research and analysis, budget management, and global market research.
- Corporate awareness, success-oriented, and skilled in follow-up and adaptability.
- Result-oriented with excellent time management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Job Description:
- Determine, budget, and track marketing plans for domestic and international markets in line with sales targets.
- Manage creative advertising agencies, social media accounts, SEO, SEM, and website management.
- Manage and supervise all internal and external communication efforts, ensuring alignment with the company's corporate identity.
- Manage communication between R&D and Sales teams to oversee new product processes.
- Coordinate with procurement, R&D, and planning departments to manage packaging processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support field campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Define short, medium, and long-term goals for the brand and develop brand strategies.
- Implement brand strategies on platforms such as social media, digital ads, and online presence.
- Monitor and evaluate customer/consumer feedback to improve brand strategies.
- Protect the brand from negative situations and implement effective communication strategies during crises.
- Identify training needs for department personnel and ensure necessary training is provided.
- Set performance criteria for staff, maintain high motivation, and conduct periodic evaluations.
