We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to organize, direct, develop, and supervise commercial marketing activities at Bahçıvan Gıda A.Ş.

General Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or related fields.
• Fluent command of English,
• Result oriented and highly motivated approach with entrepreneurial drive
• High interpersonal & communication skills
• High command of Microsoft programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SAP
• Strong team player with analytical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Dedicated to work discipline, experienced in crisis management and strategy development.
• Successful in customer relationship management.

Job Description:

•  Determine and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies in line with the company’s marketing and sales objectivesi.
• Establish commercial marketing strategies and set objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market opportunities.
• Create plans for product launches, promotions and campaigns.
•  Develop and execute trade marketing plans ,commercial objectives.
• Develop of pricing and promotional plans for new products that are brought to the market 
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Monitor market trends and customer expectations, and conduct research.
• Plan and monitor budgets for commercial marketing activities.
• Control sales according to targets and establish sales policies.
• Investigate issues with sales and take necessary actions.
• Conduct weekly field visits and coordinate with marketing.
