As a Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing 4 sales teams within the country. You will develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in shipping industry with a sales/customer service focus
  
• Proven experience with import/export shipping and market and customs processes
  
• Proven experience in sales management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent English both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel as needed

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Tracking sales targets of Turkiye divided by each trade on quarterly basis.
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales teams to achieve targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
