Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and professional International Patient Representatives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding international patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care and support.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international patients via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Provide detailed information about our dental services, treatment plans, and procedures.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the medical team to ensure clear and accurate communication.
• Handle patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
• Support the marketing team with international patient outreach and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Preferably previous experience in a customer service or patient care role,  healthcare sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of empathy and patience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software.
