QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in Project Management or Maintenance at an automotive supplier,
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written is a must for this role,
• Knowledge of robot and PLC programming is a key asset,
• Knowledge on sheet metal processing and arc welding is a plus,
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP processes is a plus,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, good knowledge on Autodesk software,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Working experience with FORD is preferred,
• IATF 16949 knowledge is preferred,
• Excellent professional communication skills is a key asset,
• Analytical mind-set with ability to keep resilient and focused approach in high stress conditions,
• Strong customer focus and appropriate sense of urgency,
• Adaptable to work in a different culture while matching his/her interpersonal style to the working culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Working cross-functionally on the new projects launching activities.
• Organize and modarate technical meetings and project reviews in English or Turkish with all parties;
• Contributing to the evolution of the digitalization project of the plant, taking active role in implementing of Industry 4.0 activities and smart plant simulations.
• Taking responsibility on the designing, implementing and commissioning of the automation projects of the line. ( Knowing network topology , IP distribution , HMI-Siemens- , IPC-Siemens-, Siemens PLC, Siemens Communication Cards )
• Knowing laser marking, barcode readers working principle
• Signal checks with integrators and guiding them
• Following up the main time plan, milestones, objectives, resources of the activities in the projects.
• Supporting the project team to determine, plan, implement, control and complete the necessary steps to ensure project success.
• Report the issues/risks periodically and follow up the countermeasures,
• Working in a harmony with internal and external customers with open and proactive communication.
• Leading the manufacturing of new equipments and tooling by preparing technical specification and tracking of the realization with the machines suppliers.
• Working with all impacted teams to ensure correct parties are involved to improve in terms of price and Quality of the products.
