QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Domestic and International Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Domestic and International Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing domestic and international customer accounts.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any order issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and support to the sales team.
  • Help organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events.

·         To prepare monthly international sales reports,

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in the plastic production or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to assist with other administrative tasks as required.

2 - 4 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)

Class B
