QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With our market leader suppliers in the plastics industry, with whom we have long-term sales partnerships, we offer comprehensive sales services to our customers under a completely homogeneous distribution program in 26 European countries, providing significant knowledge in terms of both technical applications and the market.
We are looking for a “Technical Sales Manager” with the following qualifications who will work with us under our corporate philosophy based on constructive, transparent and collaborative principles, where everyone can achieve long-term benefit, and who will be part of our growing team.
Requirements & Skills
· Bachelor's degree in related Engineering fields
· Min. 5 years of experience in sales of technical products/raw materials for the industry, preferably in the field of "high performance and engineering plastics"
· Fluent English skills (both verbal & writing)
· Communication, influencing and negotiating skills
· Good teamwork & relation building skills
· Problem solving and decision-making skills
· Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
· No restriction of travelling and valid driver's license
· No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
· Responsible for all direct sales activities within Turkey for high performance and engineering plastics in non-automotive segment.
· Develop and understand the needs of the existing/new customers & suppliers, making regular visits to these accounts and building, maintaining and follow-up relationships with key contacts at all levels.
· Seek out, analyse and develop new accounts, promoting sales of the product portfolio in line with business growth strategies.
· Provide overall technical support to customers before and after the sales process.
· Negotiating prices and volumes with customers in order to maximize returns to the business.
· Proactively monitoring the payments of customers,
· Maintaining the CRM system for his/her segment
· Participation in trade fairs, conferences and other special events
