With this perspective, as Ceylan Mineral, we are looking for a “Export Sales Executive” working in the Sales Department, located in Kavacık  (İstanbul) and in Cankaya (Ankara)

Qualifications / Requirements;

•  Pet sector (preferably cat litter) 5 years or more experience in sales positions,
• To have a track record of success by selling to pet sector customers through distribution channels,
•  Preferably experience in markets, sales and distribution channels,
•  Experience in international exhibitions and trade fairs,
•  Fluency in speaking and writing English, a second language is preferred,
• Strong problem solving , analytical skills and result orientated approach,
•  Teamworker, open to sharing learnings and insights,
•  Successful in project planning and time management,
•  Successful in relationship management, strong communication and follow-up skills,
•  Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications,
•  Active driver - class B,
•  No domestic and international travel restriction,
•  Male candidates must have completed their military service,

Job Responsibilities;

•  Acquiring customers (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, intermediaries, exporters,) in target markets .
•  Carrying out routine customer visits in target regions to realise sales targets,
•  Manage all distributor, wholesaler, customer service and export activities,
• Anticipate customer needs, sales forecasts and trends that support the development of sales strategies,
• To prepare periodic reports containing visit, offer, sales information .
•  Depending on marketing and sales strategies, to carry out sales organisations and customer relations in line with legal practices,
•  Represent the company at international and domestic trade fairs using relevant marketing materials such as presentations
•  Observing the competition and developments in target markets and reporting them to team members through common databases,
•  To follow up all processes related to offers, contracts, shipments and collections within the scope of Foreign Trade,
•  Coordinety the export operations from orders to shipment with relevant stakeholders,
