• To have a good command of MS Office programs.
• Advanced level of English proficiency.
• Preferably a financial advisor. Good command of Social Security and Income Tax legislation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To prepare the processes of potential and existing payroll customers by using the systems determined in the project plan, to make capacity and resource planning and to plan and execute the processes in accordance with the project schedule by acting in coordination with the relevant operations team.
  
• Conducting meetings with customers.
  
• To submit the reports required to be submitted to customers and Management in a timely and complete manner.
  
• Serving as a bridge between the customers and the Operations team, ensuring the provision and transfer of all necessary information, preparing the necessary documents and preparing the appropriate ground for a healthy payroll operation process by ensuring their control.
  
• Providing consultancy on Payroll and Labor Law for clients by contacting the relevant teams.
  
• To follow up the performance of the employees reporting to him/her and to provide supportive feedback to their development.
  
• To ensure that all processes within the operations for which he/she is responsible are operated in accordance with information security, business continuity, quality, customer satisfaction policies and the scope of KVKK.
  
• Handling customer complaints related to the implementation phase, providing solutions by contacting the relevant teams.
  
• To follow the developments in his/her field, update his/her knowledge and apply it to the processes he/she is responsible for in line with the Company's interest.
