We are looking for an Export Operations Personnel to be employed at the headquarters of our office stationery products company located in İstoç/Istanbul, who possesses the specified qualifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform up-to-date analysis and data reporting of the tasks related to the role,
• Monitor the process from planning, production, warehouse shipment, transportation, and customs clearance of orders.
• Prepare all documents related to the order (Customs procedures, chambers of commerce, exporters' associations, banks, consulates, etc.)
• Fulfill the duties and responsibilities required by all management systems implemented in the company.

COMPETENCIES AND CANDIDATE CRITERIA

• At least 3 years of experience in export operations.
• Strong communication skills
• Strong tracking and reporting skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office programs.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical thinking ability, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
• For male candidates, completed military service.
