Job description:

DEZEGA SP is looking for an experienced mechanical designer engineer employee to work in the electronic and automation department in R&D. The main task is the development of non-standard equipment and devices and their implementation in the production process. 

Qualifications:

• Education - Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred.
• Experience - more than 3 years of experience as a Design Engineer or a similar role.
• Good understanding of safety standards and environmental impact of a design.
• Knowledge of English B2 or more.
• Proven experience using CAD software.
• Ability to read pneumatic diagrams and experience in this field.
• Ability of using pressure sensors and knowledge of the principles of their operation.
• Skills in designing mechanisms using pneumatic components.
• Skills in designing automated systems.
• Have basic knowledge and be able to read electrical diagrams.
• Collaboration with electronics engineers.
• Ability to mechanical assembly, configure and test equipment.
• Ability to use control and measuring instruments.
• Skills in developing operational documentation, passports, manuals and calibration methods.
• Being responsible, dynamic and prone to team work.
• Being open and willing to learn and use new technologies.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Design of new non-standard equipment and fixtures taking into account technical requirements.
• Design of equipment for leak testing.
• Craft models and drawings of products using CAD.
• Analyze prototype data and retest if needed.
• Research new product ideas and methods.
• Ensure compliance with the industry’s safety standards.
• Being open to learning different production methods and ensuring their implementation.
• Development of technical specifications for electronics engineers to develop the electrical part of the machines being developed.
• Order the components necessary for the production of this equipment.
• Technical support for the purchasing department in selecting suppliers.
• Receive components from the warehouse.
• Acceptance of components received from suppliers, checking for compliance with technical drawings.
• Organizes the assembly and takes an active part in it.
• Make adjusting and testing a new equipment.
• Checking the tightness of new equipment if necessary.
• Development of operational documentation.
• Training to work on new equipment.
• Compiling a list of spare parts for equipment necessary to maintain the equipment in working order.
• Support of maintenance of existing machinery and equipment.

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a " Mechanical Designer Engineer " to be assigned to DEZEGA SP.

It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke.
