QUALIFICATIONS

• Having knowledge and experience in Technology, R&D, and process improvement.
• Having knowledge and experience in sheet metal (stamping, punching and laser cutting).
• Prepares technical specification and defines acceptance criterias for equipments of process areas under his responsibility.
• Defines and/or takes actions to achieve process & project performance targets (reliability, machine capability, cycle time, layout, health & safety, delivery (project milestones), cost, quality).
• Manages equipment suppliers.
• Prepares technological documentation that describes method of production.
• Supports continuous improvement responsible of production if there are questions about product & process.
• Collaborates with new equipment’s acceptance responsible.
• Capability of improving current processes in terms of productivity and quality by means of process design changes by using PFMEA, Kaizen, 6 sigma and other statistical tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Development of Technological documentation describing in detail the production process for new parts, as well as when making changes to the current mass production.
• Analysis of design and process documentation in order to determine the requirements for the development of new processes.
• Development of technical specifications and requirements for new equipment and fixtures.
• Support and approval of newly developed production processes, as well as acceptance of newly introduced equipment and fixtures.

We are looking for a teammate who will work as a "Process Engineer" to be assigned to DEZEGA SP.

DEZEGA is a world designer and manufacturer of breathing equipment with a closed circuit. It produces breathing apparatus on chemically bound and compressed oxygen for mine rescue teams, for escape of miners and workers, for escape of civilians in case of fire and smoke. Nowadays DEZEGA products are being used in more than 50 countries. Over 500 thousand self-rescuers are guarding miners worldwide this very moment.
