Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Electronics Engineer, to work in the Electronic Production Department of Eliar, İstanbul. You will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for the production of the state of art, next generation industrial smart sensors, programmable automation controllers and operator control & monitoring devices, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply your technical expertise, and contribute to the successful manufacturing of electronic products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven experience in electronic product manufacturing, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control
• Proficiency in CAD software and experience with electronics design tools and software
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address multifaceted technical challenges
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and departments
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to electronic production
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles for process improvement is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for electronic components, from initial design to final production, to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Maintain accurate production documents, including assembly instructions, bill of materials, and work instructions, to guide the production team
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and specifications
• Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and minimizing downtime
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, and production teams, to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to mass production
• Diagnose and resolve issues that may arise during the production process, including electronic card malfunctions, material discrepancies, or wiring problems
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and product enhancement while maintaining high-quality standards
• Address and solve  interdisciplinary complex problems that require a combination of electronics, software, mechanics, and materials expertise
