Job Description:
The After Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience post-purchase. This role involves handling all after-sales customer complaints, warranty issues, and overseeing training sessions. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for job completion and commissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve customer complaints and warranty issues efficiently.
Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and maintenance.
Oversee the job completion and commissioning of projects.
Promote and sell product spare parts, maintenance, and inspection services.
Maintain regular contact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an after-sales or customer service role.
Strong communication skills in English.
Non-engineering backgrounds are welcome, though engineering knowledge is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
