In the high-paced dynamic environment of Häfele Turkey, we are now looking for a Purchasing Specialist.

Job Description:

•        Researching potential suppliers
•        Managing our relationships with our current suppliers
•        Comparing offers received from different suppliers
•        Conducting and concluding negotiations on contract clauses and pricing issues
•        Following up the order at every stage in order to ensure that the delivery takes place at the desired time and under the desired conditions
•        Ensuring controls regarding the quality of the products
•         Entering/updating order details (supplier, quantity, price, invoice information, etc.) into the systems used
•        Preparing cost analysis and similar reports

•        Monitoring stock levels, placing orders when they drop to specified levels
•        Ensuring the necessary coordination with Logistics Warehouse, Category Management and Sales units.

General Qualifications:

• Graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering departments of Universities
• Minumum 2 years of experience in Purchasing field
• Knowledge of establishing supply sources (market research, evaluation, communication and cooperation with suppliers)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience using SAP and preferably Slim4 program
• Analytical skills, able to make reporting and cost analysis on the subject
• High communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent in English
• Male candidates must have completed military service
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
