In the high-paced dynamic environment of Häfele Turkey, we are now looking for a “Strategic Procurement Executive”

 Job Description:

• Evaluating new product, new suppliers or existings and analyzing the most efficient option.
• Preparing a working environment for new suppliers under commercial conditions in accordance with Häfele standards and strategies.
• Managing the preparation, control and signature processes of agreements
•  Providing support on all issues that suppliers need and ensuring communication between Häfele and the supplier
•  Preparing and keeping up to date the following reports and analyzes regarding suppliers
• Providing strategic purchasing suggestions in line with cost increase predictions
• Ensuring that the costs recorded in the enterprise resource planning program are up to date
•  Responsible for the resourcing / localization activities
• Follow up the price index of raw materials and supplier performance.

 General Qualifications:

• Engineering degree, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Minumum 8 years of experience in Strategic procurement
• Supplier management experience
• Capable of negotiation, problem solving and planning
• Strong communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking ability
• High proficiency and knowledge of MS Office applications
• Experience in production systems such as Lean, Kaizen etc.
• SAP Knowledge
• Completion of military service (for male candidates).
