QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Izem Heating and Construction Materials Ltd. specializes in supplying various high-quality bathroom and home products to retail, wholesale, and construction industries across the USA, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Since 2021, it has continued to expand its customer chain in many countries, with Izem Heating and Construction Materials Ltd. products being available for sale in numerous countries, particularly in the UK and Germany markets.

 

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Graduates from relevant departments of universities (Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering, Business, Economics)

Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in international procurement processes

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing in the marble sector.

Strong negotiation and representation skills, fluent in English (C1 level) and preferably proficient in Chinese

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong organizational skills

Ability to communicate, set priorities, and competent in time and project management

Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills

Strong follow-up skills, analytical thinking, solution and result-oriented work discipline

Completed military service for male candidates

We are looking for a " Sales and Marketing Specialist."

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

·         Taking necessary actions related to sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and continuity,

·         Ability to manage existing customer portfolio while developing new business and acquiring new customers

·         Clear understanding and monitoring of both global risks in the sector and risks related to customers

·         Regular reporting of information and outputs related to the relevant area of responsibility

·         Developing and maintaining procurement and supplier organizations,

·         Responsible for all domestic and international procurement processes for raw materials, packaging, and services,

·         Actively monitoring the supplier evaluation process,

·         Reducing costs through project-based work according to the company's quality, policy, and objectives for product groups.
