General Qualifications:

·        LL.B. degree from a reputable university, LL.M. degree is an advantage.

·        Experienced in commercial and labor law; including code of obligation, and bankruptcy law,

·        Preferably worked in corporate companies or law firms providing consultancy to companies,

·        Completed internship or has 1 year of experience,

·        Experienced in reviewing, negotiating and/or preparing contracts,

·        Fluent in English,

·        Proficient in MS Office programs,

·        Strong analytical and reporting skills,

·        Result-oriented, with planning and coordination abilities,

·        Having a proactive perspective on legal compliance risks and follow legislative updates relevant to the company's activities,

·        Team player, disciplined, and strong communication skills,

·        Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines,

·        Residing in or willing to relocate to Bursa,

Job Description

·        Conducting and reporting execution proceedings opened for or against the company,

·        Performing daily case management and organizing lawsuit reports,

·        Conducting verbal and written communications with companies abroad,

·        Representing the company in judicial and administrative courts,

·        Providing legal support to relevant departments in all negotiations concerning the company,

·        Resolving legal issues within the company, and tracking all legal processes and procedures,

·        Managing the review and approval process of legal documents,

·        Collaborating with relevant departments within the company, providing legal opinions on requested matters, and guiding in accordance with company interests and legal procedures

·        Drafting or reviewing all documents such as contracts, protocols, etc., that have legal binding for the company in terms of form and content, and giving legal opinions and approval of suitability,

·        Monitoring all relevant legislative changes and reviewing standard contracts accordingly,

·        Monitoring current legislation related to the company's activities and providing necessary updates and information.
