We are looking for a team member with the following characteristics and responsibilities to work as a Fixture Maintenance Engineer for our group company abroad.

Qualifications:

• Graduating from universities (Preferably in engineering)
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Advance level of English
• Able to use Microsoft Office Programs effectively,
• Preferably to have knowledge about SAP modules.
• Being able to analyze and report regularly.
• Thinking analytically, working carefully, meticulously and result-oriented.
• Being strong in research and focused on development and learning.

Job Description:

• To plan and implement maintenance activities in accordance with the production plan, in consultation with the first supervisor.
• To prepare the annual periodic maintenance plan for apparatus and fixtures in the SAP system, to ensure that the maintenance is carried out in accordance with the plan and that the maintenance is recorded.
• Enduring that critical parts and spare parts stock levels are determined for apparatus and fixtures and that stocks are kept accordingly.
• To carry out periodic and incidental maintenance to ensure continuity of production.
• Analyzing and reporting the reasons that caused the production stoppage
• Making intervention and adjustments to the fixtures in order to solve the problems detected due to dimensional non-conformity of the parts produced by robots.
• To carry out the necessary maintenance according to weekly and monthly maintenance plans for the efficient and continuous operation of the fixtures.
