We are looking for a team member with the following characteristics and responsibilities to work as a"Production Engineer" for our group company abroad.

Qualifications:

• Graduating from engineering faculties of universities
• Having knowledge and experience in automotive industry
• Experienced/knowledgeable in robotic automation and/or gas welding/spot projection welding and in lean production techniques (VSM, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.)
• Will be able to carry out continuous improvement studies in accordance with the kaizen spirit with problem analysis, process development and methodical perspective,
• Being prone to teamwork, having effective communication skills and analytical thinking
• Fluent in English,
• Being proficient in MS Office programs.

Expectations:

• Ensuring the continuity of the production program without any disruption
• Working on production operations optimization, efficiency and performance calculations
• Preparation of necessary production reports,
• Knowledgeable and experienced in welding tests (Cut Check / Penetration Test) and visual control standards.
• Carrying out activities in welded manufacturing processes,
• Will be able to carry out continuous improvement studies with problem analysis, process development and methodical perspective.
• To plan the annual periodic maintenance of the parts of welding robots and spot welding machines related to the welding process (electrode holder, torch, electrode sharpener, etc.) and to carry them out in accordance with the plan, to keep records and to initiate corrective/preventive activities.
• Determining the areas of responsibility of the personnel reporting to him, planning work priorities, measuring and balancing workloads.
