We are looking for a teammate to work as a "Quality Assurance Engineer" to be assigned within the Site Quality Manager organization at our Sakarya / Arifiye Lipton Tea Packaging Factory.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Experience and Qualification

• 3 years’ experience in Quality Management in FMCG
• University degree in engineering fields, preferably food engineering
• Business fluent English
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Good command of SAP and MS Office applications
• Open to travel
• Should have the “can do” attitude and excellent stakeholder management capability,
• Has the “get things done” spirit rather than being an adviser.

Job Description

• Support the QMS establishment of new factory,
• Plays an active role in D and E Incident management within the factory
• Provides expertise and support in Quality management for resolution of Quality issues within the factory
• Proposes mechanisms and processes to monitor conformance to global quality standards & requirements of Third-Party Manufacturers (3PMs)
• Support the process validation study of newly established machinery before factory goes live,
• Support the product safety system at production like HACCP, GMP, traceability, pest control,
• Coordinating calibration activities, plan and document internal and external calibrations,
• Supports the internal and external audits preparations and action plan,
• Quality maintenance project follow-up through quality improvement methods, problem-solving tools, and techniques,
• Support consumer complaints management agenda in defining correct root cause,
• Cooperate with R&D and Engineering teams for new products and new processes, to make sure that all quality requirements are in place.
