JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Supports all aspects of potential M&A processes by conducting strategic analysis, building financial models with sensitivity analysis, preparing valuations (DCF), co-leading due diligence processes, and participating in contract negotiations,
• Collects, analyzes, and translates large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data into actionable plans and goals,
• Identifies new growth opportunities by staying up to date on industry developments and improving existing business strategies,
• Identifies threats & opportunities and contribute to the development of a long-term organizational strategy,
• Coordinates mid & long-term strategic planning and KPI setting processes; and tracks progress,
• Monitors and analyzes commercial operations on a regular basis against the targets,
• Drives and oversees the progress of multiple key strategic initiatives, joint ventures and/or partnerships,
• Supports the preparation of presentation materials and strategic business cases,
• Manages and contributes to strategic projects by utilizing problem solving frameworks
• Supports and guides senior executive decision-making processes, builds and nurtures strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders,
• Conducts strategic research and develops an in-depth understanding of our business, external market forces and competitors,
• Manages existing strategic partnerships and establishes effective business relationships with potential partners to develop new business opportunities,
• Manages strategic workshops, including pre-, during, and post-workshop deliverables,
• Develops business strategies to serve portfolio optimization.

QUALIFICATIONS 

• BA degree in business, engineering or related field from a reputable university,
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning or B2B business development,
• Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, as well as project management skills,
• Strong business modelling and financial analysis skills,
• Expertise in developing strategies and analyzing strategic problems using strategic frameworks and tools,
• Ability to make detailed assessments of industries, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities,
• Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines,
• Outstanding research and analytical abilities,
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
