What You Can Expect: 

• Plan and perform the operational endurance test with serial&prototype vehicles including battery electric vehicles (BEV) 
• Validation of vehicle subsystems/components/software/assistance systems in endurance testing to ensure functionality and reliability. 
• Pre-analysis and evaluation of the test results/complaints/functional shortcomings occurs during the endurance tests based on the measurement data (CAN signals). 
• Participate in root cause analysis of detected failures/complaints. Give support for definition of improvement potentials with global development/ testing teams and review the effectiveness of the defined counter measures.
• Managing and evaluation of endurance test activities based on DVP&R. 
• Coordinate and provide technical support for workshop activities such as vehicle retrofit, maintenance, repair, and hardware / software failure diagnosis.
• Full documentation/reporting of testing activities and results in testing tools.
• Close cooperation and exchange with global development and test centers (Germany, Brazil, China) on global projects

That’s Why You Are a Match:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electric&Electronic, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering.
• Knowledge in automotive or commercial vehicle industry. 
• Experience/understanding in battery electric vehicles (BEV) and high voltage systems/components in the vehicle is advantageous
• Advanced in verbal and written English. German knowledge is an asset.
