Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export processes together with customs consultancy firm, vessel and container tracking, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, company policies and local customs laws.
• Prepare and review necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international logistics service suppliers, customers, and other partners.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends and economic developments to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and resolve them promptly.
• Prepare and analyze KPI reports on trade activities, including cost analysis and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline trade operations and improve efficiency. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Logistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international trade or a similar role, preferably within an international company.
• In-depth knowledge of import & export customs procedures, Inward Processing Regime (IPR), international trade regulations, trade compliance and customs procedures.
• Both written and spoken proficiency in English (Korean language is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge in MS Office programs and SAP ERP System.
• Ability to work fast-paced work environment as a part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
