We are looking for Organizational Development and Training Specialist / Assistant Specialist to join our HR Team located in İzmir office.

As a key member of the team, you will report to Organizational Development and Training Manager in supporting whole learning and development solutions of MSC Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Support the training need analysis process and design development options in line with the company needs
• Develop and roll out yearly learning management plan and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of the learning management system, including content uploading, user management, and reporting
• Collaborate with Internal Communications and Talent Acquisition team members in shared areas to ensure implementation of a strong people strategy focused on Development, Talent Attraction, Retention and Employer Branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inrelevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Functions (pref. training and development process)
• Creative, proactive and result-oriented approach
• Good at process improvement
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
• Self motivated and passionate to able to process abstract concepts and convert to training
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English,
• No restriction for frequent domestic travel to MSC regional offices
