We are looking for Tenant Relations & Communications Executive, to be assigned in our Forum Kapadokya based in Nevsehir.

Job Description

• Producing projects to increase shopping mall common area income, selling temporary stands and advertising areas, and monitoring contract, payment, and invoice processes. Saving these records to space manager internal systems.
• Gives support to Shopping Mall Manager in all managerial works such as tenant and customer relations, day to day operations, reporting, budget management.
• To control and monitor the issues that affect the service and customer experience within the shopping mall, such as the internet within the shopping mall, music broadcasting, services provided without consultation, tracking and reporting of visitor complaints, and to ensure that these are working properly.
• To support the Shopping Mall Manager in monitoring the sales and performance of retailers, in-store product variety and depth in order to contribute to retail management, and to communicate with tenants on this issue and to develop sales-increasing projects and collaborations.
• To ensure and monitor that at all online and offline such as social media, web sites, and mobile applications etc. as well as advertising and communication areas such as decorations, banners and posters inside the shopping mall, and stickers, banners and panels applied for operational guidance are compatible with the shopping malls and Multi’s corporate communication language, functionality and UpToDate.
• Work with the HQ Marketing Manager and team/Mall Manager at the shopping center to formulate and execute the overall marketing strategy, budget, and calendar for the center in conjunction with the broader mall management strategy and business plan.
• Ensure that the necessary communication tools are in place at all levels to facilitate the mall management business.
• Managing the operation of events and campaigns within the shopping mall

Required Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, social sciences, or similar disciplines from reputable universities
• Min. 8 years of relevant work experience in Malls or in the retail sector
• Advanced level of English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• High level of visual perception and communication skills, solution-oriented, analytical, multi-tasking
• Advanced level of organizational and planning skills
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours (including weekends/holidays/public holidays)
• Residing in Nevşehir
