QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

About Us:

Mutlu Akü, a subsidiary of Mutlu Holding Anonim Şirketi, has been a pioneering force in the lead-acid battery industry since 1945. With our manufacturing and recycling facilities based in Istanbul and Gediz, Turkey, we have established ourselves as leaders in quality product innovation and technological advancements, supported by a robust local and international market presence. As we continue on our trajectory of growth and sustainability, we are seeking Middle East&Africa Sales Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International trade, Engineering or related fields,
  • Min 3+ experience as a Sales Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the Middle East and Africa markets,
  • Experience in the automotive spare parts industry is a priority,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (Additionaly French or Arabic will be a plus),
  • Good understanding of export operations, sales and marketing strategies,
  • Advanced use of MS applications,
  • SAP experience preferred,
  • No obstacle to travel abroad,
  • No military service obligation for male candidates,
  • Competent in teamwork, result oriented,
  • Residing in Istanbul Asia or willing to relocate.

Job Description:

  • Achieving annual sales targets in related regions,
  • Managing current distribution network, adding new markets and clients into current export portfolio,
  • Conducting a comprehensive search to identify potential distributorship partners, especially within the Middle East and African regions, for the purpose of representing Mutlu Aku in aimed markets and overseeing all requisite communication and carrying out necessary correspondence,
  • Executing strategic plans for sales activities, maintaining strong executive relationship at customers to reach the annual sales targets,
  • Analyze sales data to determine market opportunities and challenges,
  • Sales forecasting and stock planning for related markets,
  • Support & Coordination with other departments to provide smooth work process,
  • Collecting information from the market concerning trends, competition and market needs,
  • Willingness to travel within the Middle East and Africa region as required,
  • Reporting to Export Sales Manager.
