Position Overview: 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Growth Manager to lead our commercial strategy and propel our company's expansion forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth initiatives, driving revenue, and maximizing profitability. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a passion for innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive sales revenue growth and market expansion, leveraging insights from market analysis and competitor intelligence.
  • Lead the development of proactive sales strategies aimed at enhancing revenue growth and market penetration, while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats, informing strategic decision-making and adjustment of business segments.

  • Oversee the sales budgeting process, aligning financial planning with strategic objectives, and coordinating with various departments to adjust financial plans and meet targets.

  • Utilize data analytics/dashboards to analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior, driving data-driven decision-making and optimization of business segments.

  • Facilitate integration of sales strategies with broader company initiatives, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans and drive business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Compile and present commercial reports to the executive teams, communicating strategic insights, progress, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives through effective project management and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with long-term commercial growth plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 12 years of experience in commercial or business development roles, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for innovation.
