Job Description and General Qualifications

Our company, as a key player in the automotive sector's main industry, is looking for individuals to actively participate in the vehicle design processes of our stakeholders' project teams. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

General Qualifications:

• Holds a bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputable university (preferably in mechanical, mechatronics, or automotive engineering).
• Aspires to build a career in the automotive sector and has prior experience in projects with automotive Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
• Familiar with project methodologies.
• Possesses technical proficiency in design and product development, including CAD design skills.
• Eager to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate commitment to cross-functional cooperation.
• Strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
• Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on achieving results and cost-efficiency.
• Proficient in English.

Job Description:

As a member of the project team, your responsibilities will include:

• Confirming, design of parts according to customer requirements and tracking development activities in line with project plans.
• Managing product development and revision processes in accordance with technical requirements, involving customers and suppliers.
• Focusing on project management with an emphasis on production, R&D, and quality.
• Executing planning, project monitoring, output tracking, and customer request management processes.
• Ensuring the achievement of project goals at the required level of quality.
• Documenting and reporting on project activities.
• Actively managing stakeholder expectations and regularly informing and involving stakeholders in an appropriate manner.
